Refund Policy

We at Arkito are committed to providing a reliable refund policy to ensure our customers feel valued and supported. Please review the following guidelines governing our refund policy.

  1. If you wish to cancel your Arkito account, please notify us at least 15 days before the end of your term by sending an email to support@arkito.app. Upon cancellation, all your data will be securely deleted from our servers. Please ensure you indeed want to cancel your account before proceeding, as data deletion is irreversible.
  2. Your subscription with Arkito will be automatically renewed at the end of each month.
  3. You have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your service level at any time. However, please note that Arkito does not provide refunds for any fees incurred in such cases.
  4. In the event that you discontinue using our services before the end of your subscription term, Arkito will not refund any fees paid for the remaining term.
  5. We reserve the right to modify or terminate Arkito services for any reason without prior notice.
  6. Fraud: Arkito may suspend or terminate your account if there are suspicions of fraudulent activity associated with the services we offer. This includes situations where our branding is forcefully removed.
  7. Note: No refunds are offered, even in the case of mid-month plan cancellations.

15-Day No Obligation Cancellation

Arkito extends a 15-day no-obligation cancellation policy for its SaaS services. This policy starts immediately upon account activation and is applicable only to new customers. Existing customers with a subscription plan are exempt from this policy. Additionally, customers who were once paying subscribers, cancelled their subscription, and later reinstated it will not be eligible for a free trial period.

During the 15-day period, potential subscribers can cancel their account and receive a full refund with a minor service charge.

To continue using Arkito's SaaS services after the 15-day period, your account will automatically be transitioned to your selected payment plan, which you initially chose during the purchase process, whether monthly, semi-annually, or annually.

Monthly Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policies

Arkito charges and collects payments in advance for the use of its SaaS service. All services rendered are non-refundable. Once you select a subscription plan and provide billing information, Arkito will calculate a pro-rated amount with the first payment due upon signing up.

All subscriptions, whether monthly, quarterly, or yearly, renew automatically on their due renewal date until officially cancelled in writing. You can cancel your subscription anytime by sending a notice to: support@arkito.app.

Upon cancellation, you will receive an email confirmation from Arkito acknowledging the cancellation of your subscription.

Important: Arkito does not provide refunds or credits for partial months, quarters, or years of service upon cancellation.

All fees charged by Arkito exclude taxes, levies, or duties imposed by relevant taxing authorities, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers have the option to upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan for Arkito's SaaS services at any time. To initiate an upgrade or downgrade, please contact support@arkito.app.

The chosen billing method will be automatically charged the new subscription rate in the next billing cycle for any upgrades. Arkito does not issue refunds or credits for partial months of service in case of downgrades.

Arkito reserves the right to refuse or cancel a subscription to any of its SaaS services. In such cases, if Arkito refuses or cancels a new or renewing subscription, registrants will be offered a refund on a prorated basis for the pending days in the subscription plan, along with an additional cancellation charge of $4.99.

The aforementioned policies apply to all SaaS services listed on Arkito unless stated otherwise in the corresponding program materials.
